Jeff Schwarz is routinely seen as an innovator and influential leader in the Corrugated Packaging industry.  Jeff’s exposure to the industry began early on while working for his father, Jack Schwarz, the 32nd inductee to the AICC/Paperboard Packaging Magazine Hall of Fame. Jeff was formally welcomed into the business after graduating from Indiana University. His 25+ years of experience include multiple roles within the recycling, sheet feeding and containerboard mill operations of the business.  Jeff, along with his brother John and father Jack, is a General Partner of Schwarz Partners, a holding company with interests in Corrugated Packaging, Logistics, and apparel manufacturing. 

John Schwarz is a leader in the Packaging industry.  Having grown up in family devoted to the packaging industry, John was more prepared than most to be successful when he graduated from College. His nearly 30 years of professional experience within every aspect of the packaging industry has allowed his reputation to be impeccable. From sheet feeders to sheet plants, and paper mills to recycling centers, John has experienced it all. John, along with his brother Jeff and father Jack, is a General Partner of Schwarz Partners, a holding company with interests in Corrugated Packaging, Logistics, and apparel manufacturing. 

The name Jack Schwarz means something in the packaging business. It means excellence. It means innovation.  It means leader. Beginning his first job in the industry as a salesman for Wabash Fibre Box in 1965, Jack knew he could make something special in the business. In 1977 Jack started his first sheet feeder, CeCorr, which was also one of the first sheet feeders in the US. The business became successful quickly, and Jack decided to sell it to Georgia Pacific in 1998. Schwarz Partners was born shortly thereafter to become one of the most respected packaging and containerboard companies today. Jack is a multiple award recipient in the industry including the 2019 Fastmarkets RISI Lifetime Achievement award and his induction into the AICC Hall of Fame in 2014. Jack Schwarz is an industry icon, and will bring his expansive knowledge and expertise to CPG.

Craig is a highly respected and dedicated leader in the sheet feeder business. His reputation as a trusted leader is the result of 36+ years of consistent success in several areas of sheet feeder operations.  In 2015 Craig joined the Schwarz Partners sheet feeder team and immediately launched StarCorr Sheets in Temple, TX.  His success positioned him to serve as our SW Regional Manager and to continue our growth by leading the 2020 startup of StarCorr de Mexico in Monterrey, Mexico. Craig is currently serving as the President of the Schwarz Partners sheet feeder team. 

As a 42-year industry veteran, including 17 years in the box business and 25 years in the sheet feeding market segment, John has become an icon within the industry.  John joined the Schwarz sheet feeder team in 2009 and served as GM of the Independence Corrugated facility in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, along with the responsibility to lead and grow the Sheet feeder network. John served as President of the various Sheet feeder operations until early in 2023 when he reduced his role and turned the team leadership over to Craig Fisher. John provides innovation and a strategic vision to all members of the Corrugated Partners Group.

Jerry Roberts Jr is a highly accomplished leader in the corrugated and packaging industry. His 30+ years of dedication spanned nearly every aspect of the packaging business, including corrugated sheets, boxes, folding carton, litho laminate, and Digital. Jerry has held many leadership roles with industry mainstays, including Stone, RockTenn, Smurfit-Stone, and WestRock. His successes include the startup of Greenfield Super Plants, implementation of Operational Excellence, as well the transformation and management of 24/7 operations. While serving as Senior Vice President for GoldenWest Packaging Group, he led all merger and acquisition activities and integrated 21 family-owned businesses into the group. Jerry joined the Schwarz Partners Sheet Feeder team in April of 2022 and serves as our Regional General Manager for the Southwest.

Barry Sharesky is a highly respected engineer. He has continuously expanded his role and knowledge within the corrugated industry. After graduating from Lehigh University with a BS in Chemical Engineering, Barry began his career spending the first five years in progressive positions at United States Gypsum. In 1983, the world of packaging and corrugated sheets manufacturing welcomed Barry, and he has remained within the industry since. Through various organizations in always increased roles and responsibilities, Barry was led to CeCorr, his first Schwarz family facility. For over 30 years, Barry’s dedication to the ever growing Schwarz Partners family of companies has led him to oversee the engineering of the 14+ sheet feeders within the Corrugated Partners Group.

Russ is an accomplished manufacturing leader in the industry with 30+ years or expertise.  Russ joined Schwarz Partners and Corrugated Partners Group in late 2022, leading Manufacturing Services.  He has a history of success of transforming businesses into industry leading enterprises. Under various leadership Roles, Russ has implemented innovative processes and strategies leading to success across operations throughout North America. Russ brings his expertise and experience to continue the growth and success of Corrugated Partners Group.
